Question by : How does it feel when you reach your ideal weight/body image?
Just wondering, because I still have to lose some weight till i’m there. I hope i’m finally comfortable and confident as I want to be. Has anybody else changed their life completely around just from weight loss?
Thanks guys
. I can’t wait until i’m at that point.

Answer by Hey hey hey!
It annoys me when people place adverts on diet pills / fast weight loss when it’s not really neccisary. Just, why!?
Rant over, you get a sweet sense of satisfaction knowing that you just finally achieved something that you have been aiming for ages. It’s a really good feeling.

Question by Veronica L: The Media’s Perception of Female Beauty?
You know how people say a media showing skinny women as being beautiful is unrealistic and how the 1950′s image of hourglass figure being more realistic. To be honest, how is the hourglass figure a more realistic example of the female body? Today, I sat around and watched girls pass. Very few women actually have an hourglass figure and i think it is a more unrealistic standard of female body. Does anyone else see what I am saying? More women have a pear-shaped or rectangular figure. I think Marilyn Monroe’s figure is an example of female beauty is just as unrealistic as having Adriana Lima’s figure.
What is your opinion?
What does race have anything to do with my post?

Question by fruitceller3: Where can I find good information on eating disorders?
I know someone who has real issues eating fruit or vegetables and so they have an issue concerning their weight. Its seems a real issue of actually not being able to consume it
Best answer:
Answer by ARKdrummer
I would say that you can just google it, just type in eating disorder information, or eating disorder resources. Here are some started links for you to see if any of these help:
http://www.caringonline.com/
or
http://eatingdisordersonline.com/
Some basic info, just know that it is hard to come out of an eating disorder and that it is sometimes hard to face that they have an issue. But it is something that can be overcome with time and support.

Question by : Why was bulimia nervosa rare in women born before the 1950′s?
“Anorexia nervosa has a long history but bulimia nervosa was rare in women born before the 1950′s” i got that quote from the gale databases but it doesn’t say why. Like why did it change, why isn’t it rare anymore. Did something happen to increase bulimia nervosa?
Like what in the media influenced people to develop bulimia nervosa?
