Dr. Carol Francis on Anorexia Nervosa and Eating Disorder Recovery with Josie Tuddel

Dr. Carol Francis interviews a therapist in training, Josie Tuddel, who reveals the destructiveness of Anorexia Nervosa, its lure and its treatment into normal eating and healthy living. Dr. Carol Francis interviews Josie to help you recognize when starving yourself, or anorexia, or purging food, or bulimia, is fooling you into thinking that you will be more loved and more beautiful being thin, very very skinny. When you are too thin, your body eats portions of your body to survive and health issues become intense. Be free to enjoy food, be healthy and be muscularly lean instead of too thin — yours to enjoy. Josie walks you through the deception of anorexia, starvation and being thinner than the rest. Josie and Dr. Francis walk you out of that journey into being self-aware, self-loving and healthy. Dr. Carol Francis on the Dr. Carol Francis Show interviews professionals, celebrities, and fellow humans so we can all learn to live fully and joyfully. Make Life Happen Productions is committed to producing videos and clips which help boost humane verve, sagacity and empathy with respectful interviewing. Dr. Carol Francis Show airs on DirectTV on channel 341 through PunchTVNetwork. For more helpful information, reading and videos, DrCarolFrancis.com can provide you more information. Thank you for your vulnerability
Thanks for so bravely and openly sharing your experience and victory with anorexia.
I know it’s hard to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are beautiful, trust me, Im still trying to after 4 years with an eating disorder. But I want you you to know that you are SO PRETTY & thats coming from a total stranger. Keep your head up and believe that one day you will overcome anorexia!
what kind of diet were you eating while recovering? did you do it on your own?
your story is an inspiration! thanks for sharing
you are my new inpiration that there is hope and i can win this battle
I think you are an amazing inspiration, and you also bring a new face to the disease. On the outside you looked like you had it all before anorexia- you were beautiful, not overweight in anyway. But it truly is an illness that can affect anyone and is a struggle no matter who you are. Thanks for sharing your story and good luck to you in the future!

But while watching it, all I could think was ” I wish I were as skinny as she is.”
I’m sorry, i’m such a monster.
I wish I looked like you and yet you make me feel like I can feel pretty one day. <3
